On Saturday, we headed to Rumor's to celebrate Easter (and my birthday). A kind cousin volunteered to sit at the hospital with Granddaddy Smith so that Mom and Grandmama could come along. Plus, Jason and Tara were there, which M was extra excited about.
Granddaddy is not doing well. He was very, very sleepy when we visited Saturday. The past three weeks have been such an emotional roller coaster for everyone, especially Mom and Grandmama. I am so glad that Saturday, just for a little while, they had this chance to do something fun and normal.

You can always tell if M REALLY enjoys his food because it ends up all over him. Let's just say his pbj sandwich was a hit.
And so was the lemonade. :)
After lunch with Grandmama, we went to Grandmother's for dessert and to let the kids hunt eggs. The rain held off just long enough for us to squeeze in one round before it started pouring.
Once again, M took egg hunting pretty seriously.
Little K took a break to enjoy some "choc."
As you can see, no one was all that excited about taking a break from egg-hunting to pose for this pic. Oh how I love all these kiddos!
